1) I have booked an experience but didn’t receive a confirmation yet

You will receive a confirmation within less than 24 hours, if not the booking request will be automatically canceled. You can also cancel manually your booking request through your user profile at any time. Your credit card will not be charged until your booking has been approved.

2) My booking is confirmed, when will my credit card be charged and what happens if the operator doesn’t handle my booking correctly ?

The amount on your card will be blocked and kept with us until you have completed the experience. We guarantee that your trip will happen according to plans and remain available to discuss throughout the process.

3) What if I want to cancel or make a change to my booking ?

You can request for a change directly through your profile but we do not guarantee that your requested date or time may be available. Cancellation policies are specified on the activity page and are Flexible / Moderate/ Strict or Very Strict. Some additional policies may apply as specified on the experience page.

4) Are my credit card information safe when booking with you ?

We use Stripe for all transactions, which is the preferred payment method for most of the large booking platform in the US. You can learn more about them on : https://stripe.com/fr/features

5) How can I get in touch with the operator before and after the experience ?

You can reach out to the operator through your user profile before the experience has started and contact him or leave a feedbacks once you are done.

6) What if there are issues on my communication with the operator ?

You can reach out to us at any time and we will assist in settling issues during any steps of your booking, we are reachable by email and phone around the clock.

7) Are the prices quoted all inclusive ?

Yes the prices quoted on the website include all taxes and fees and you should not be requested to pay any additional fees by the tour operator

8) How do I show my booking confirmation to the operator ?

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking confirmation. Depending on the operator you will also receive further information and an itinerary by email once the booking is complete.

9) How can I ask any additional questions on the content of the experience ?
